Jennifer Mitchell, President. Jennifer served as administrator of Russia by River Inc. from 1996-2004, overseeing daily operations, inventory, client relations and accounting. She is intimately familiar with the evolution of River Cruise Promotions and is in large part responsible for envisioning and implementing the company’s new direction. As president, Jennifer continues to be at the helm, steering the ship ever forward. |

Jo Shernoff, Director of Marketing. Jo ran Russia by River Inc. from 1994–1996, during which time she established many of the accounts and relationships that supported and defined the company over the years. As director of marketing of River Cruise Promotions, Jo continues to build on her past achievements, establishing new accounts and cultivating existing ones. |

Howard Shernoff, Client Relations. Howard founded Russia by River Inc. in 1994 after authoring the first edition of the Russia by River guidebook. Since then he co-authored the Russia by River Phrasebook and authored the China by River guidebook. With the founding of River Cruise Promotions, Howard takes on duties as our resident expert on the Russia and China river cruises, assisting potential passengers with their questions and continuing to work with tour operators to reach their marketing goals. |

Sergey Selivanov, Regional Coordinator. Sergey has been in charge of overseas production and distribution since 1998. As regional coordinator of River Cruise Promotions, Sergey continues to initiate and oversee on-point sales and production in his characteristic Buddhist fashion. |

Mitchell Shernoff, Brand Manager. Award-winning design has been a major part of the success of Russia by River and China by River. Graphic artist Mitchell Shernoff has been responsible for the artistic direction of our website, products and branded material since 2000. As brand manager of River Cruise Promotions, Mitchell continues to look after the artistic direction of our products and materials. |

Mary Ellen Spirek, Fulfillment Manager. Mary Ellen has been in charge of Russia by River fulfillment since 2001. Her duties ever on the increase, as fulfillment manager of River Cruise Promotions, M-E continues to oversee fulfillment for Russia by River and China by River with her trademark attention to detail and warm, personalized service. |
